Soul Fitness is launching a new multi-dimensional training program, Soul Theory! We’re really excited about this addition to our offering of classes, because it blends a variety of tried-and-true exercise formats and programs to create a unique and effective one.

Soul Theory is based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), while incorporating diverse exercise formats such as GRIT by Les Mills, kettlebells, Bootcamp, TRX and more. With this fusion of strength-, cardio- and flexibility-enhancing formats, we’re excited to see how our members improve and advance in fitness.

Treadmills, rowers, body weight, TRX, kettlebells, barbells, bands and even more equipment is used in this integrative fitness program.

The Soul Theory program is designed to provide maximum results. Participants will find strength training that addresses a variety of muscle groups, intervals that promote cardiovascular engagement, and workouts that advance their fitness at every level. Soul Theory is structured for consistency and optimized use of workout time so that participants get the most from each session.

This new program follows Soul Fitness’ objective to provide a supportive and motivating environment for all participants, regardless of their skill, endurance or level of fitness. In fact, we don’t really have an ideal participant in mind for Soul Theory; this program is great for those of all fitness levels!
