Our Soul Train bootcamp is a multi-dimensional approach to results-based training. Combining the total-body conditioning, core elements, and resistance trainings of TRX, kettlebell, barbel, and cardio,  each Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session is designed to maximize your strength and endurance.
