For those over age 55, our Low-Impact Functional Training (L.I.F.T.) class is designed to challenge the mind, balance, and coordination to strengthen and stabilize physical functionality.
L.I.F.T 55+ also provides a special focus to facilitate recovery for those with hip, knee, or other age-degenerative issues. As we at Soul Fitness like to say, this class isn’t easy, it’s just smart!
