HIFT (High Intensity Functional Training)

Are you ready to level up?? Optimize your physical and mental readiness to their fullest potential with Soul Fitness’s 45-minute, caloric torch burning High Intensity Functional Training (HIFT) workouts!

A spin on the better-known HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training), HIFT integrates the high-intensity principles and approaches of HIIT but with longer and more varied routines focused on functional training and with few or no rests between the intervals. In this sense, HIFT is a much more frenetic and intense workout designed to maximize endurance and improve dramatically metabolic and cardiorespiratory strength and conditioning.
