Soul Fitness Club's Gymnastics-Studio

A strong core is the foundation for any good fitness workout: your core supports your balance, refines your movements, and protects your muscles and joints from overworking.

For this very philosophy, Soul Fitness offers their Core 40 class, a 40-minute workout targeting just the upper body, abdominals, and core. Each session is designed to target as many muscles as possible in low-injury risk and non-fatigue routines.
