Chisel is Soul Fitness’s Saturday morning workout combining cardio with light weights and resistance tools to craft a well-rounded full-body sculpting routine.

Every class begins with a cardio warm-up followed by segments targeting different parts of the body, from legs to arms to back to core, ending with a cool down and stretch to ensure best workout health and sustainability.
