Barre

Barre is a high-intensity, ballet-inspired body sculpting workout. Using a ballet bar, free hand weights, exercise balls, and resistance bands, you will be directed through a series of isometric movements designed to strengthen, tone, and trim. Prepare to feel the burn in every part of your body!

The benefits of Barre are countless! Not only is Barre an excellent core workout, its small and repetitive isometric movements are designed to build your precision, endurance, flexibility, and posture. Every muscle group is targeted and its low-impact and low-injury risk guarantees a workout as sustainable as it is efficient. Before you know it, you’ll be walking around as poised as American Ballet Theater’s Misty Copeland!
